Change of mind
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and unopened
  
  

• Items must be in their original packaging

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
